GET UNCOMFORTABLE AND OVERCOME SUPERWOMAN SYNDROME:
It is not just about you doing too many things or striving to do everything really well; it is about sacrificing your well-being by putting others expectations/wants/judgments before your needs. We will look at how to ask for what you want and need, how to balance demands of others and your priorities, and how to set your objective in interacting with others in a way that will feel empowering and effective.
Gerry Viggiani as co-owner and psychotherapist at Lotus Blossom Psychotherapy will help you uncover your true potential. Their philosophy towards psychotherapy is one of mindfulness and living life in this moment, free from the barriers of regrets and worries. They will work together with you to help you to develop effective coping skills, reprocess and desensitize traumatic memories and unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
This may feel like a big step towards “getting uncomfortable” but it is one that you will not regret. Gerry walk that journey with her clients every step of the way! She treats age 18 and up with individual and group therapies. She foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and advanced experience with Trauma and Compassion Models. Treatments that can help you to learn more appropriate and masterful ways to cope with PTSD, addiction and other ineffective behaviors, post-partum issues, depression, anxiety, poor self esteem/self compassion, relationship issues and emotion regulation problems.

ETTWomen was founded in April, 2012 by Lynette Barbieri and vanessa Coppes. The group’s mission is to connect like minded women, network, build relationships, learn from and support each other. We share experiences and ideas on time management, dealing with stress, personal development, and much more.
We aim to give back to the community through the ETTWomen Foundation: dedicated to offering financial, educational, and planning assistance to victims of domestic violence, emotional, sexual, and financial abuse.
