Facing Your Fears

Today, I thought it was important for me to share some thoughts with you on facing your fears and crossing over into “The Uncomfortable Zone”.

I thought timimg was appropriate because I can personally testify to the fact that if you are willing to go there, you will not only live through it, you will actually succeed because of it!

Most of us don’t venture out to the uncomfortable zone, why? Because we are afraid. Also because we are too comfortable were we are! But be careful, comfortable is also synonymous to adequate, content, complacent, easy!!!

Right there, when you are trying to grow your business and become successful comfort should be a red flag!

If it was easy and comfortable to become successful wouldnt everyone then be successful?

So, through reading books, going to hundreds of seminars and workshops on self improvement and growth I have learned you must get uncomfortable in order to become comfortable. Make sense?

Example: Did you know people are more afraid of public speaking then dying?

When I first heard that over a dozen years ago…I related to it because… I was!  I would get accelerated palpitations, would turn beet red, talk 100 miles a minute and… if I was REALLY freaked out, I’d hyperventilate! With time, those reactions still haven’t gone away, but with practice and forcing myself to speak in public, it has gotten a lot easier. If I didnt work on that fear, I wouldn’t be where I am in my business now since more than 50% of my business comes from educational workshops on finance!

There are endless benefits to facing what you are afraid of and just going for it! Not only does it help you grow as a person, but you will expand your business and broaden your vision.

Pick one thing that is keeping you from getting to the next level, practice and slowly do it over and over until you are ready to move onto the next thin. Before you know it, you’re at the next level!

If not now, when? Do not let your fears get in the way of your own success!!

Grow Your Business Through Charitable Giving

Contributed by Vanessa Coppes

Have you ever experienced the kind of generosity that has changed your quality of life?
Give and watch the joy follow.
Many savvy small businesses are pertnering with charities to market their businesses. Not only does this help develop a powerful network, but it also helps others in the process.
We all like to associate with businesses that support causes and help others in a meaningful way.
Charities know your motivations and they also understand your secondary purpose for participating in their mission. But, they are experienced and they can help you receive a return on your charitable investments.
Choosing a charity can be confusing. I chose Enchanted Makeovers because not only was I able to see myself in their message “she is me”, but the work they do is completely aligned with my company’s mission and target market.  You should look for charities that you believe in. Not only will it be more fun, but you will also be happier when giving your time and means.

From a business standpoint, work with charities that will give you meaningful exposure. You’ll also want to volunteer your time in a position that will show your talents and skills.
If you are sponsoring a charitable event, try to choose one in which your target market would participate. For example, we run an Entrepreneurial Think Tank for Moms, so it’s only logical that we also support moms, women wether they are in business or not. It is the reason for our Women’s Wellness Night in benefit of Smiles for Shira.
Linking your name with a charitable cause is an important part of charitable marketing. Here are some ideas to maximize your exposure:
1. Publicize your donations of goods or services to charities by sending press releases and photos to the local media.
2. Include your charitable involvement in your marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, signs, displays, advertisements, and commercials.
3. Give away information about your charity as a part of your business transactions such as placing pamphlets in your retail outlets, having employees wear clothing or pins and buttons publicizing your charity, or placing charity information with your product when it ships.
Your charity will recognize your support in their publicity efforts. Most charities have thousands, even millions of people that either belong to the charity or who have some type of affinity with your charity. These people make excellent prospects for your products or services because of your indirect association with them.
Charities, like businesses, are also interested in building their membership base. The best way to do this is througmarketing to specific niches that are inclined to develop a connection with your charity.
Partnering with a charity to market to a niche will bring new customers to you and new members to your charity.
The biggest advantage, from a business standpoint, to be involved with a local charity is the opportunity to network with other like-minded individuals
Make sure you put your new friends on your networking list and make it a point to keep in close contact with them. Send thank you cards, meet for lunch, make brief phone calls, remember birthdays, and include them in your newsletter to stay in touch.
Make sure that you attend meetings and events where other professionals will be. Volunteer to sit on boards or committees when time permits.
Everyone has a potential connection with a charitable organization. Look for one that feels good to you to work with and enjoy the sweet feelings you’ll receive from helping someone else.

Time to start taking care of yourself

As entrepreneurial women, we tend to go all out when it comes to taking care of our business and family, but devoting time to our own health and well-being is usually last on the list.  What about taking care of ourselves first, so we can actually take care of the rest like our family and business? Lets take a look at what makes us unique.

Did you know your blood type is the key to unlocking the secrets to your biochemical individuality?

Your Blood Type is the key that unlocks the door to the mysteries of health, disease, longevity, physical vitality and emotional strength.  Are you Blood Type A, B, AB, or O? Knowing your blood type is not the only reason while you are giving blood? Research indicates that your blood type is a key genetic factor that influences many areas of your health and well-being.

According to many years of research it has been discovered that one blood type might be more prone for one health issue then from another blood type.

According to American Heart Association they have discovered that:

Even when symptoms are present, in some cases they may be mild. That’s why, std treatment – stdaware is only part of the equation. It’s also important to look at general risk of contracting an STD and the time since the last STD screening. Anyone that’s sexually active should be tested at least once per year, and possible more frequently. For people that have unprotected sex, sex with multiple partners, or those that have symptoms (even if they seem mild), testing should be a top priority, since sexual behavior is a normal thing with people always visiting adult material websites and with adult services like zoomescorts.co.uk, that’s why people should be careful when they have sexual relations with other people.

Blood type may influence heart disease risk

Study Highlights:
  • Having blood type A, B, or AB was associated with a higher risk for coronary heart disease when compared to those who had blood type O.
  • Genetics determine blood type, but a healthy lifestyle may help protect those with types A, B or AB.
  • The findings were based on two large studies of adults followed for at least 20 years.

Did you notice that some people tend to lose weight more easily, while for others, weight loss for them are more difficult? We have a healthy surgical solution at https://advancedbariatriccenter.com/. Or wondered why some people are plagued by certain illness while others stay healthy and vital well into their later years. The answer is in your blood type. Knowing your blood type is an important tool for understanding how your body reacts to food, your susceptibility to disease, your natural reaction to stress, and so much more, by knowing your blood type you could know if you’re at a higher risk to suffer a heart disease and start to take care of that sooner there are great alternatives like https://healthyusa.co/the-blood-cleanse-breakthrough-review-revive-you-cardiac-health-naturally/ to prevent serious health conditions.  Stress is a dangerous issue and there are so many ways of fighting it, one of the easiest will be to get a proper body massage at tampa massage parlor and they are so easy to use, but you can also find a local spa like the swedish massage sydney which is great . A single drop of blood contains a biochemical makeup as unique to you as your fingerprint.

Below are five facts about your blood type that could change your life:

1. Your blood type may predict your susceptibility for certain diseases.

2. People of different blood types react differently to stress.

3. Your blood type antigens are not just in your blood

4. Gut bacteria is related to blood type.

5. A one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition does not work.

Food fads come and go, but it is clear: everyone does not have the same nutritional needs. We all know someone who is a strict vegetarian and thrives on that diet, while others swear by Atkins or similar low-carb plans. I have found that our nutritional needs can be determined by our blood type. This can allow you to lose weight, reduce inflammation, increase energy and lead a longer, healthier life.

Have you experienced any of these health conditions? These are some of the signs that you might be experiencing problems from Lectins in your diet:

*Bloating and flatulence after meals
*Changes in bowel habits
*Achy joints and muscles can be cured from roids using
*Hormonal fluctuations
*Skin eruptions
*Fatigue and tiredness
etc…

What is a Lectin, you might ask?  A chemical reaction occurs between your blood and the foods you eat. This reaction is part of your genetic inheritance. Lectins, abundant and diverse proteins found in foods, have agglutinating properties that affect your blood and the lining of your digestive tract. Lectins are a powerful way for organisms in nature to attach themselves to other organisms in nature.
